These terms and conditions ("Agreement") are a legal agreement between Coffee With An Expat and you. By accessing and using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Event Booking and Payment:

   1.1. You can book our services through our website.

   1.2. Payment is required to secure your booking.

   1.3. We accept payment by credit/debit card.

2. Event Cancellation and Refunds:

   2.1. If you cancel your booking within 48 hours of the event, the payment is non-refundable.

   2.2. If we cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will refund the full amount paid.

3. Event Liability and Insurance:

   3.1. We take reasonable steps to ensure the safety of all attendees at our events. However, we accept no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to property incurred during the event.

4. Services:

   4.1. Coffee With An Expat does not take part in any communication between users. CWAE is not responsible for or party to any agreements that users make by communicating over CWAE Websites.

   4.2. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

   4.3. Your continued use of our services after any changes have been made will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.

5. Membership on Mighty Networks Platform:

   5.1. By subscribing, you authorize Coffee With An Expat to charge you according to the terms outlined at the time of subscription on Mighty Network until you cancel.

   5.2. Cancel any time. Your subscription will auto-renew based on your chosen plan, and your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours before the end of the current period. You authorize Mighty Networks to send instructions to the financial institution that issued your card to take payments from your account in accordance with the terms of your agreement with us. You can manage your subscription in Personal Settings > Plans and Access. If you forget to cancel your subscription and your plan auto-renews there will be a 10% admin and transaction fee deducted if cancellation of subscription is requested.

7. Changes to the Agreement:

   7.1. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

   7.2. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

   7.3. Your continued use of our services after any changes have been made will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
